JOEY'S CHRISTMAS CONCERT

 Joey had his band concert last tuesday( remember the whole backpack issue?!?) 
He did very well.....

JOEY'S BACKPACK

This year Joey has had a problem with cleaning out his book bag. He simply doesn't do it. This morning I was questioning him about his christmas concert (which is tonight) because I didn't get any information on it. I asked him if their was any information in his bag and he said it was clean. So I said get your bag and look. This is what was in his bag.

SNOW DAY FUN

SNOW DAY

 Today Monday December 13th is a snow day. Here are some pictures from our storm. We got about 6 inches of snow. 
I took this first picture this morning to show how much snow we got. Alex makes a path for ziggy the pampered pooch....

Here is the tree in the back yard. With the lights on this morning....

 Joey decided to learn how to use the snow blower. He did a great job

This morning this tree had ice on it. It was pretty.

The Christmas Decorations

 We put up the christmas decorations this week-end. I love christmas and all the decorations......

 This year we added lights to the top of the cabinets I will try to get a good picture at night as it looks really nice..

My little tree by the front door

 This is a glass tree with lights that we got last year in florida. The picture isn't the best but it is very pretty in the buffet

Finally here is the fireplace....My favorite place with the stockings that my grandma knitted for us....

Joey and Melanie's birthday

 On Sunday our birthday celebrations continued. My cousin Melanie's birthday was on Monday so I had a dinner for the Leyrer's at our house. Melanie got her apple pie and Joey got his pumkin cheese cake.

Joey's Birthday

 Joey's Birthday was on Saturday and so he helped to make cupcakes to take to school on friday for his birthday. He had Nick spend the night on Saturday and had a great time. His request for his birthday cake was the large cupcake in Strawberry and Chocolate.
